If I Get My License and Get In A Crash and Get Sued and I am not 18 is my mom responsible for the charges?

Parental responsibility laws vary from state to state, so there is no one answer as to a parent's liability for the negligence of a minor child. However:
1) The registered owner of the vehicle is always responsible for injuries caused by the negligence of a driver operating their vehicle with their consent; and
2) That is what insurance is for - make sure you are included on her insurance policy and any claims will be the insurance company's problem.
___

Edit to add: I cannot believe all of the mis-information you are getting.

There are many separate elements as to the results of having a motor vehicle accident:

1) What happens to your license. If you are at fault for an accident, you will get points added to your driving record. Too many points, and your license could be suspended or revoked. Most states will also suspend your license if you
were driving an uninsured vehicle, regardless of whether the accident was your fault.

2) Ticket. If you committed a traffic violation that contributed to the accident, you could be cited, such as, if the cause of the accident was your making an illegal left turn, or running a red light. You have the choice of paying the ticket, going to traffic school to get it erased from your record (again laws vary be state as to whether a minor can do this) or you can contest the ticket in traffic court.

3) The other driver could file a law suit ("Courts" do not file law suits, msria21.) If so, and you have insurance, your insurance carrier will defend the lawsuit and pay any damages, up to the policy limits. If you or your parent have a policy insufficient to cover damages sustained by the injured party, you and/or your parent could be responsible for any damages in excess of the policy limits. If you are uninsured, the other party may or may not still sue you and/or your parent. They would most likely make a claim against their own policy's Uninsured Motorist Coverage, but then their insurance company would then sue you and/or your parent to recover the money that they paid out to their insured. Note that while most state have Statute of Limitations that require a lawsuit for such injuries and damages to be filed within either one or two years of the date of the accident, the Statute of Limitations for an insurance carrier to sue the responsible party to recover money paid out to their insured does not begin to run until that underlying case is first resolved.

Well, it depends. The important thing here is that she COULD be sued for the damages that you cause if you do cause an accident while driving, under 18, living at home, insured by her policy. It depends upon things like whether you cause the accident, or contributed to the accident and your insurance.

Just be sure you have enough insurance then they will pay, not you or mom.

Yes, she is.
In some states, she would be responsible until you are 21.
In some states, she could be responsible even if you are older than that if you still live in her house or are driving a car registered to her.

well, technically no, but you should have insurance that covers you in such cases. Insurance is most often provided through the parent when a dependent child is under the age of 18.

The licensed driver is the one that will get sued. Your parents would be at fault if they were allowing you to operate a motor vehicle without a drivers license. The courts will sue you, the points will be added to your driving record not your parents. Once the officer arrives and you give him your drivers license your the one with the spot on your driving record. Your the one with the ticket and the financial responsibility to pay for the damages you cause.

Yes, they sure are.

where is everybody?
you would not get sued. your parents would. you can have charges brought up on you and have your license taken away.
