well yeah all my friends are 18 or 19 and they all have their license and I only have a drivers permit so I was wondering if I could still drive with them even though everyone is under 21 and we live in MN

No. You can't. I live in Minnesota, and the rule is that they need to be 21 (or older) with a driver's license. Sorry! You'll have to find someone else to drive with. |

In California, the licensed driver you are with has to be 25 or over. I don't know about MN, but I seriously don't think 19 would be old enough. |

2. Normally one cannot drive with a learners permit without an adult
3. Look in your book that you received when you got the permit and find out what the laws of Minn are. |
