If I drive my friend's car with her permission, will her insurance come after me?

Insurance follows the vehicle, not the driver. It would be best to have your girlfriend call her insurance agent and ask as so many policies are different. Don't go to Yahoo questions and get a bunch of answers that could be wrong, call the agent

Which country are you from? In Singapore, car insurance cover the damages and driver even third parties (such as passengers). The insurance company can't come after you for the damages.

She needs to call and ask her insurance company. Many policies include someone else who occassionally uses the vehicle, but you sometimes have to pay a little extra for it. Just have her call and pose the question to them, and if it doesn't cover you, have her ask how much it would be to add that to her policy.

Most likely it does cover you while you are driving it as you aren't a member of her household, BUT if you have an auto, and have full coverage on it. They will go after your insurance company and want them to pay for your accident.

Note; I almost forget if you are under 25 you might not be covered. Have her check with her insurance company

No, they won't come after you, if you are involved in a wreck, it will be considered uninsured, you could be sued by the people you wreck with. Your friend's policy would have to list you as a driver, or if you reside together, an exclusion would be necessary if she didn't want you to drive her vehicle.

100% U r cover for her Insurance, if u r nt householder... make sure both address r nt same location so anyone can drive.... Some time IM driving my Cousin car but my address r different location... One time i drove my cousin car and i got Pull Over and Police officer ask me who's this car i said this is my cousin car.. I dont get Ticket...
