I got it taken for 45 days due to a crash, then another 90 days due to the fact that my father is an idiot and thought he insured me when he really didn't. I live in Ohio.

Sounds to me you didn't read your booklet to drive and to have an accident and not have insurance is just plan stupid. If you continue to drive and get caught it's longer the next time and continue to do after the 2nd time your an idiot and they will just keep taking them longer. Don't have a DUI underage and get caught just once, my nephew had to do 30 days and lost the license for 9 years. |

Once you have had your license, you don't get temps anymore. If you license is gone, it's gone... P.S. If you are old enough to drive, you should be responsible enough to get your own insurance or to follow up on your insurance. Does daddy still wipe you? |

sure you can drive with your temp if you want to lose your lic, once you get your lic your temp is no good anymore your regular lic replaces it so go ahead an drive, then they will catch you an you will lose your lic for 2 years or more |

Not with an old temp. Call the dmv and see if they can give you a restricted license to go to work or school and back. |
