Sometimes my dad let me drive the Rental when he has one. But I know it's against the Rental Car Agency Rules. But, what if I ever get pulled over by the police. For something like "having my brights on" on anything. Can I get in trouble?? Like getting my license revoked because i'm to young to drive the car. Or there's nothing they can do, only if i get into a wreck then my parents will have to pay for the car.

No. As long as you have a valid driver license you will NOT get in trouble just for driving a rental car. The problem is is that if you are not listed on the rental agreement as an authorized driver you are not covered by insurance. |

You are driving the rental car without authorization, simple as that. That would void the rental agreement and any insurance coverage in the event of a collision. Your parents would be financially responsible for any damages or injuries caused by you. That could amount into hundreds of thousands of dollars with serious injuries. The car does not belong to your dad, and he can't let anyone he chooses drive it. |

you can lose you driving privileges and dad will lose rental agreement/accident will result in no coverage and dad will lose house/get that 50 grand judgment against you and him/you wont be sued only dad |
