the car was parked in front of my house and the branch is near the sidewalk.
Additional Details
I thought maybe the city is responsible, I have asked them before to fix my sidewalk because of it and now this. maybe it is time for the tree to go

Otherwise, you can use comprehensive coverage on your auto insurance to fix the damages. |

god is if it's was an act or god. or nature is if it was an act of nature. if it was you're car then you pay for it if it was someone else's car then they pay for it. unless you cut the branch or you paid someone to cut the branch then either you or the person who cut the branch might have to pay for it. |

Normally I would ask any witnesses, and if they follow you, you can probably tell the repairer that it was not your fault... then get it fixed for free. |
