You will need to read your insurance documents to see if you have cover for other vehicles. Look out for a clause that says the other vehicle must be separately insured for your insurance to cover it.

No. Even if you are fully comp there isnt an insurer that will let your drive any1s car. Get the owner to call up and add you on the pol could cost about 21 for 7 days depending on convictions.
