the bank will not give me the title and i want to fix the car and Drive

Contact your local DMV, if the Bankruptcy court/trustee released the title to you, then it will be yours and the bank has no claim on it, If they wanted it so bad then they should have proven there interest in the proceedings. Take ALL the paperwork that the trustee gave you to dmv and you should be fine.
