what if i'm underage, no permit or license driving with a friend, what will happen to them? do they get fined or arrested by the police?

I would say that it would depend on wether or not the passenger is a licesned driver or not.. If they are you will probably get a fine and lose the right to a license until 21 and the passenger will be told to drive the vehicle from the traffic stop. If they are not, the vehicle will get towed, the driver will still get fine and the passenger gets to walk home... |

If your friend is unlicensed, then nothing will happen to them (assuming the car is not stolen and you're not engaging in illegal activity).
If the car is theirs, then they would need to assert that they didn't know you didn't have a license before allowing you to drive it.

Only if you stole the car as well as all those other dumb things,but if you where involved in an accident there would be no insurance for them or the car,so if they where hurt your parents would probably be sued for their costs. |
