In my opinion , yes, and you can do it anonymously if you want to do.

If you choose not to report it, I hope that you will feel sufficiently bad about it if this uninsured moron mowes down a family out for a stroll, leaving a couple or more of them needing long term care on state benefits rather than the comparative ease they might deserve to experience. |

You should report them. If you're paying your road tax and insurance as well taking the MOT test and he's not, that's not fair to you and everyone else who plays by the rules. His driving around uninsured causes your insurance to go up as well. |

But i must say i did that to police and crimestoppers and DVLA for 3mths and car still untaxed driving about so maybe the authorities dont care too much .!!! |

If someone can get away without road tax then good luck to them but the problem is The MOT and Insurance because if they have not got Road Tax they will not have the others. These things are not done in isolation. People have them all or none. I am reluctant to report things to the police but in this case I would because there is a good chance he does not have a driving licence either. He is a killing looking for somewhere to happen and I would not be over surprised to find he was banned anyway |
