I got in a car accident where a comcast truck rear-ended me and I am excluded from the cars insurance...Does the comcast insurance pay for damages or am i screwed since I am excluded?

On an insurance standpoint, you are only excluded from legally driving your parents vehicle.
If you are involved in an accident as a passenger of that vehicle, your injuries will be covered, especially in this case since another vehicle was at fault. |

Just file a claim with comcast's insurance and see if they'll cover it or not. I think they would because this is the same as driving without a license or insurance, if it's someone else's fault, they cover it depending on state laws. Some state have a no pay no play law that as long you're paying insurance, and someone else causes an accident, it'll be covered, otherwise not. |

Technically since you were driving a vehicle that you were excluded from they (comcast inusrance's) could decide to not pay the claim since you were driving the car "illegally". |
