If someone drives my car and doesnt have a valid drivers license?

You will be in deep doo as your insurance company will either cancel your insurance or increase the premium, and make it very difficult to be able to afford it. If you cannot afford it any longer and drop it to get insurance with another company, this will be on your record of accountability for obtaining insurance. The insurance company you have now has the option of paying it, but they also can make you re-emburse them when they find out the accident was caused by a person you let drive with no license. It will not look like you used your best judgement, and you will be looked at as a liability to insure. Best not to let the "friend" who had their license revoked not drive your car.

I dont think you will get into any trouble.

If he gets pulled over, you'll get your car back after paying $500 or whatever to the police impound.

HOWEVER, if he hits someone with your car, you may be responsible for the damages to the other party since its your car.

NOT worth it. He shouldnt be driving, why would you help him commit a crime?

You will be liable for any accidents (both legally and if sued) and could actually be jailed for breaking the law.

Not only will your insurance not pay for any accident they will drop you and move you in to a high risk catagory - you will have trouble finding a company that will insure you.

Well to start with you will be lucky if all that happens is they get pulled over by the police. Your car will be impounded, most places it is a 30 day impound, and you will have to pay towing and storage fees. The final bill will be close to $2000.00. If you are unlucky, they don't get stopped and maybe they get into an accident. The insurance company will deny your claim and if the accident was serious enough to involve injuries then someone will take everything you own and your pay check will be theirs for the better part of your life.

If he gets pulled your car WILL be impounded. If he hits another car of a person you could be held criminally and most definitely civilly liable because you knew he had no license and let him drive your vehicle anyway. Your insurance company would definitely cancel you and new insurance would cost you a ton more money than you pay now. Also they could and probably would deny coverage. If he is not a licensed driver and not on your policy legally they are not responsible for any damages he causes! If you cant give him a ride tell him to walk or catch the bus!!!

Well, you, personally will be safe from the police since there are few laws against Stupid..

Best case: Pay for the impound and tow
Worst case... keep paying for someones hospital bill and pain and suffering 'cause your insurance won't. This is not a 'chance' this is a sure bet.

Tell your friend that if he is REALLY your friend he will stop asking. Common sense tells you he lost his license for a reason... listen to that common sense.

You own the car--you are responsible for everything and anything, including who drives it. Simply saying you didn't know does not work in court. It is a weapon in the wrong hands--and if it hurts or kills--you are responsibe. You are not a friend just because you let a revoked driver use your car---you are an accomplice if something happens--better watch your keys..sounds like this person might be capable of just swiping your car---again--you will be responsible--should have watched the keys. Even letting it warm up with no one in it is illegal---anyone can jump in and go--you are responsible. It will cost you tons of money--then where will your friend be???

no ,,your insurance wont cover this,and you,ll be in a lot of trouble over this,you don't think they,ll believe that you didn't know she didn't have any license,,no they wont,my step son got me in some trouble over this ,you will have to pay any damages they do with your car,and they also wont repair your car either,that's the way the insurance game works,be wise say no when they ask to borrow, it, good luck,i hope this help,s.

why would you even CONSIDER letting someone who's licensed has been revoked anywhere near your keys? If your friend is inconvienced by a bus/taxi they should have thought of that before.

Insurance won't cover, the state will fine you and may take away your license or car.

Tell your friend to stop asking to borrow your car. You don't need a reason.

Your car has to be with someone with a dirvers license. Your insurance can also be cancelled if this happens, ANd your rates can be very high later. But if someone might get hurt you can get sued as well dont risk it even though sometime we dont no how to say no.

your insurance wont cover it and youll probably get a fine for haveing an unlicensed driver driving your vehicle.
