No. The ticket will be issued to the driver of the car at the time because the issuing officer would have asked for the driver's license.
Depending on what state you're in, you *might* get a stopper put on your registration if the person doesn't clear the infraction so you want to make sure this person pays the ticket. |

No the police will ask the registered keeper (YOU) to provide details of the person who was driving.
I believe you have to provide this information. The police will then write to the offending driver to collect the fine and dish the points. |

No the ticket is issued to the driver, off of their drivers license. But if they are speeding in your car I would think twice before loaning my car too them again! |

If they were stopped and handed a ticket by the officer on patrol, it will be in their name, and not your worry. If they got caught on a speed camera, all they have is the speed and the license, and YOU will get the ticket in that case. |

no.........unless it is by the "eye in the sky" or stationary enforcement camera . if picked up by one of the "big brother" cameras..they only record the plate, time and location and issue the ticket to the person whom the car is registered to ( even a rental...but rentals make you sign a waiver so you pay for it anyway). |
