my son's girlfriend hit a fire hydrant (fell asleep). he dont want to sue be cause her insurance my go up. she got a ticket. wont that cause the premium to increase anyway

if your insurance pays out...they will increase your premium...if not the girls insurance will go up..her insurance co will find out about the ticket and will know nothing of accident |

the only way the insurance will increase is if u report and want to repair the damage to the car. if after the fire hydrant was hit and didnt hurt anybody, then it wont go up. however, since this is public property, ur almost gonna have to report it. so all in all, yes the insurance will increase |

Yes! The fact she got a ticket WILL make her insurance increase. If she ALSO gets sued (or her insurance company) it will go up EVEN FURTHER! That's why teenagers insurance COSTS SO MUCH!!!!!! |
