yes, but it will have a salvaged title.... you have to repair it to meet DMV standards. As far as insurance, you cannot have physical damage cvge unless you fix it |

Yes, you can drive it after they total it, you will just get less money back when they total it out that way you can keep it and still drive it. |

It it will still pass safety inspection I don't see why.
I knew a couple who had a tree fall on their truck during a tornado. (During the OKC tornadoes). The roof was smashed in and back glass gone but they could still drive it. The insurance adjuster called it totally, fortunate for them, but they still drove it because all the lights worked and everything. Just no back glass. |

Assuming that it is drivable and in legal working order, I wouldn't see why not. Usually the only "total" the vehicle if it costs more to repair than what the book value is. |
