You won't be able to use the car for taking the road test. Have a friend or your parents drive you to the Drivers License Ofiice and use their car to take the road test.

If your talking about your driving license the answer is no you can't use that car. Now if your talking about getting your license plates for the car then the answer is yes you can.

If drivers, yes, but you can't use that car to take your test.
If car, yes, no problem.
