Yes. Your policy states to notify your company of any and all accidents, regardless of fault.
That way it is on record and if there is ever a problem w/ the other company, you have your claim to fall back on for the repairs to your car. |

You don't have to. However, if you are having problems with the claimants insurance company, you can open a claim with your company as long as you have collision. Then your company will subrogate the other company |
