Not until you can get the drivers license back. I guess if they stop you on a riding mower they could fine you for that since it is also a motorized vehicle. |

Probably not. The law is pretty hard on people being DUI on a lawnmower, let alone a car or motorcycle. My brother-in-law got his third DUI on a motorcycle and lost his license almost ten years and spent a year in jail. |

No, the D in DUI stands for "driving", which means you are suspended from driving everything with a motor, period. |

In most states no...a suspended license covers all types of licenses. You cannot pick and choose. |

No Sorry mate, you cannot hold or obtain a licence for the duration of the suspension. i lost my licence due to DUI and that means i cannot even drive my boat, all licences cancelled. This is how it is in NSW. |

You can get a motorcycle license but it will be suspeneded with your operators license. By the way, a cab fare is cheaper than a dui. |

I dont think you can. Although, I think mopeds and spree's dont require a licence. Looks like you need a new pair of sneakers for all that walking you'll be doing. Sorry about your luck. |

Per contstitutional law - innocent until proven guilty. You cannot be punished for crimes you have not yet been found guilty of. |
