If you get into a minor car accident do points go up on your license?

My friend and I were leaving this shopping center, she was driving my car, and as she's pulling out of the parking space (slowly) this asian lady hit us. By the way... witnesses saw and said it was her fault for driving fast on a pedestrian area. My car has insurance and it covers my friend but will points go up on her license? (My back fender has scratches and the ladies car also has scratches on the arch where the tire goes, so its minor)

Your friend won't get any points on her license unless the cop cited her for something.
