I'm not sure what the laws are in ohio but you should be able to pay an attorney to take your citation to court so you won't get any points in your license then your insurance won't be touched.

Mine insurance did not go up none when i got my first ticket it is all about what incurance you are under.

Probably a lot :/ In florida you can take a 4 hour class when you get a speeding ticket and it removes the points from your license and they don't tell your insurance company.
