do not drive the car if your license is suspended, no matter who is in it with you. If your friend is driving your dad's car on a more or less regular basis, he must be listed as an occasional driver. if he owns no car, he should not need insurance-although he can get a 'non-owners policy, if he wants to. |

yeah, the cars insured not the drivers most companys are like that but you should check your policy. as long as you dont drive then its fine. driving with susp license and you get hit your insurance automaticlys denys you |
