Well if they don't have a home address, how are they going to prove where they live?
And if he or she was homeless, what would they want to do with a driving licence? Can't afford the petrol can they? |

Interesting one. There is a requirement for a valid address, I wonder if the local hostel would serve. There is also a legal requirement to advise DVLA of any change, that would be interesting!
As already said, how would a homeless person afford it anyway?

No, I don't think homeless shelters will help them either.
Homeless people have no fixed address so there is little possibility of applying for a drivers licence as you have to prove that is where you live.
No offence to anyone but a homeless person wouldn't be able to afford a car, insurance, road tax, MOTs, servicing and repairs, petrol, any in car accessories etc etc. |
