Can an insurance company hold incorrect data on file regarding me . I advised them that someone had vandilised my car in 2009 . but i never made a claim and have now sold the car . But every time i go for insurance it comes up i made a claim ( which is wrong ) I only advised them of the situation at the time . and they have put into a data base that i made a claim.
Can i have this amended ??
