Insurance Check Made Out to Me and AUTOBODY Shop?

Hi, I got hit not too long ago by an 18 wheeler. I finally got a check made out to myself and my autobody shop. I didn't get the autobody shop signature. I was able to deposit it. The money has been in my account for days. It was available on March 6th. How long should I wait. The check was from an our of state insurance company. Not mine either.

Again, it's not fraud for depositing a check without both signatures. It's only fraud if I forge it.
