Hopefully some of you more skilled in car insurance can help me with a claims decision. Here's the scenario:
April 2nd @ 5:30 pm - Car accident - I get the ticket following to closely. His car is totaled. No injuries at time of accident (but you can bet he is gonna get a lawyer)
April 3rd @ 6:30 am - Kid with a learners permit hits me from behind at a stopped light. He gets ticket.
April 13th car goes in the shop to be fixed I have a rental car. Giant hail storm, damage on the rental and on the car waiting at the shop to be fixed.
**Had a previous hail damage claim on the roof of the house**
Question is: I know I will have to pay for the rental to be fixed, as the hail damage is very obvious. Should I claim mine to? If I dont will I lessen my chances of being dropped by my insurance? I dont want to l
