firstly im sorry to see you have had some negative replies to your question,
i can understand why you are concerned by his driving especially if he is dangerous.
you wont be able to check your neighbours insurance as this would be a breach of data protection the only thing i can think of is make the police aware of your concerns, they will establish if this is a matter they would like to take further as driving without insurance is a serious offence, they will not involve you and you will not be updated at all |

Why you bother about your next door? sorry to say this but it is not your concern at all, I would not give this the time of the day if I were you. |

My husband has a company car and I am insured to drive it, as a named driver on the policy. You can also get insurance policies that allow you to drive any car with the owners permission but you are only covered for 3 third party. So the chances are that he is covered to drive it. |

It's unlikely that her partner wouldn't be insured to drive her company car, the best thing for you to do would be to do nothing. |

Usually with company cars the spouse is usually insured to drive the car anyway. So I wouldnt worry about it. It isnt really any of your business anyway. |

My partner has a company car and I am insured to drive it, even though I am only a named driver on our family car.
Worry about something else! |

Maybe he has permission to drive the car from the company, maybe he doesn't. Just make sure YOU have uninsured motorist coverage on your policy so that you are protected if he hits you and is not covered. |

does he have his own car? if he does, presumably he is insured to drive that, and therefore he is more than likely insured to drive other people's vehicles with their permission.
As your neighbour's car is a company car, she probably doesn't OWN it and he would therefore need permission off the company that does.
However, some company vehicles are insured for ANY driver, and some are insured for certain named drivers - ie when applying they probably would ask for names of parnters / spouses etc who would be driving it.
If you are really THAT bothered then call the police and tip them off anonimously but I'm sure he probably is insured in some way or other :) |
