Is it possible it access the Natiional drivers registry NDR to check on license status?

Only the police department can access this as it contains private personal information.

State DMV offices can check this database when someone applies for a driver's license.

If you are an employer of motor vehicle drivers you can check on a current or prospective employee if they are seeking employment or are employed as a driver.

But if you are just an individual that wants to snoop on someone else, you can't use this service.
