Like everyone else said, you can cancel your auto insurance at any time upon your request... Just be careful.
Not all companies will pro-rate your premium. Some will charge you for cancelling the policy mid term. When you get insurance be sure to ask your agent whether or not they pro rate their cancellation (thats what you want). If they short-rate cancel it, then you are left paying a cancellation fee. |
