I'm looking for a very cheap insurance, that just covers certain things like, If I get into an accident and it was my fault the other guy gets covered, but I'm not covered for my car.
Also, I need it to be really cheap like 1500 a year, for a new 17 year old driver, I don't care if my car gets wrecked and it's my fault, I just want insurance so that the other person is covered.

It's called third party only insurance. Only the other driver is covered if it's ur fault. |
