I was involved in a small car accident which she swerved into my lane and hit my entire side and her front bumper was damaged. She told the insurance company it wasn't her fault and so her insurance company sent me a letter saying it was my fault which is a TOTAL LIE! So i was wondering if I have her phone number if I would be able to call her and let her know that it wasn't right and if she doesn't admit that it was her fault that im going to take her to court.
Additional Details
I got ALL her info by the way. And my insurance company is SLACKING IT.

Don't call her and for God's sake, don't threaten her. There's a reason Mercury Insurance is cheaper than other companies. What does the police report say? |
