Hi I am turning 16 in June when should I start studying for my learners permit test. Is it a hard test, and are there any websites with practice questions for the learners permit test from New York

NO its not a hard test, its basically you taking a class with minimum hours about driving, taking the permit test at the local DMV plus the driving test (its nothing to worry about; just remember what to do such as don't forget to buckle your seatbelt before you start driving and don't go too slow below the speed limit or you auto-fail by DMV)
Go to NY DMV site and they should have Permit Handbook or you can go to your local DMV and they should have it
