I had my drivers test this morning at 9:00 am. My mom was supposed to take me but she hasn't returned home... she went to a baby shower last night. I don't know what to do because you are supposed to pay there and my dad doesn't have money or know what to do. How should I deal with this? Thanks.

well for starters your not going to get docked for not making it to your appointment so call the license office and reschedule. when your mom gets home let her know you took the responsibility of rescheduling your appointment . this will let her see how grown up you are and how you handled your self in her absents .
i kone how much you wanted to get your licence but its not the end of the world. be patient as good things come to those who wait and this will give you the chance to do some extra studying of your drivers hand book.
please dont be mad at your mom as things do happen. maybe she drank a bit at the shower and deemed it unsafe to drive. yes she should have called you but as i said she may have drank too much and didn't think.
this is a good lesson for you in being a responsible driver. if your in a situation like this stay where you are and if you are able to , call home and let someone know where you are and that you are ok,
if you cant and you are indisposed hopefully someone else will call for you.
call your dad and let him know your mom didn't come home and you are worried about her so he can make some calls and check on her that she is ok.
i hope this was helpful. remember don't be mad at her. just comfort her and hug her when she comes home . and tell her its ok we can go to the license office on another day.

first of all if ur dad dsnt has money chk out ur pocket money ... might be u have some amount with u ... 2nd thng hire a cab n go for the test but before tht inform either ur mom or dad .... wish u all the best... !!! |
