It is possible. If your son does not live with you, and I assume he is not a regular user since he does not have a license, it is possible they MAY provide coverage if he had permission to use the vehicle. If he is a household member, it is very unlikely, since household members have to be listed driver's unless they have a policy of their own. |

The only real way to answer that question is to call your agent and talk to them. Nobody knows your insurance policy as good as your agent does, and I'm sure he or she would be able to help you with that question. |

Like Buffo said no one knows your policy like your agent, but in most cases no unless you report that your son stole your car, letting someone without a valid license drive your vehicle invalidates the insurance policy. |

If he doesn't have a license, he should not have been driving. Did you give him permission to drive? I doubt very much state farm will cover an accident caused by an illegal act you allowed.
If you didn't allow him to drive, and he stole the car and you prosecute him for that, they may. |
