My car has an expired registration and wont pass inspections?

I live in Utah. I have a 1993 Toyota Camry V6 LE. the registration expired like 5 months ago. I never had the time to fix the problems with it. Now its just sitting in my garage. Since I cant drive it to get it fixed or ill get pulled over wat should I do? There was one test my car wont pass 5 months ago and it was the I/M test. Whats the I/M test?

Pay the registration fees to stop any accruing penalties. They just keep adding to it.

You can get a one day moving pass to take your car from storage to the smog station or mechanic.

If its been sitting for 5 months, you should drive it for 20 mins before an emissions test. I've never heard of I/M.

Go back to the testing station and ask. It is not addressed on the Utal web page.

Get it towed and either fix it or scrap it.
