My dad passed away in Jan. 08 (RIP), and his vehicle has been sitting at his old estate for the past year. He supposedly had a will but we haven't been able to find it anywhere in the past few years. He wanted me to have the vehicle, but how do I get everything turned over into my name?

Will or no you have to go to court and have his estate probated. You need to contact a lawyer as procedures vary from state to state. In most states when people die without a will the court decides who gets what. |
