Sorry what you fear is probably true.The purpose of insurance is for an accident,and it is not an accident if the vehicle is being operated illegally.

The insurance company won't pay. The insurance company will say your daughter wasn't legal to drive. How did she insure the car since her license was suspended ?

Insurance companies only cover "licensed drivers". She was not licensed so her insurance will not be required to cover the cost of the accident.

It is most likely that the company will not pay the insurance fee, due to not being allowed to drive because of the suspended license. However i say likely because it depends really how long the car had been suspended. If the time it was suspended was not for a great period of time and if youre history has been a crash-free then it is possible to make a legal case of this and protest and act on the good-will act. However agian with agreement with the previous comments it looks like there is no insurance.
