The driver was speeding, not you. But if you cannot prove who was driving and they deny it, the ticket will go to your car. If they were pulled over by a cop and not one of those auto-tickets some places have, then you're in the clear. |

Moving violations go on the record of the driver, not the car.
Nothing should get sent to your home, so your parents shouldn't find out, but don't let that friend (or anyone else) drive your car again unless it's an emergency. I'm guessing you live with your folks - otherwise you wouldn't likely be concerned about mail. |

I'm sure the driver would have to pay for the ticket being in their name, not yours. I'm assuming your friend wasn't listed under your car insurance. If they are not on your insurance your insurance could go up in price just as if you were the one driving and got caught speeding. |
