it shouldn't as long as the only ticket given was to your brother for his DUI. If he wrecked your truck or hit somebody else with it and they report it, then yes it will affect your insurance. But as long as his dumbself was the only thing to get a ticket, then you're fine |

No, it won't affect your rates - unless he is on your policy. As long as he is not on your policy and covered by your insurance, the insurance company does not care. They won't even find out about it, because it will be on his driving record and not yours. |

No you can't be penalized for the driving errors of someone else. If had gotten into an accident, it might be different. I wouldn't let him use my truck again until he clears up the citation satisfactorily.

ouch i know here in minnesota you have to have whiskey tags when someone else drives your veh. drunk but i dont think it will effect your insur. dont turn it in |

Nope. It is on his record not yours. However if he damaged your truck and you make a claim with your insurance, then it would raise your rates. But they cannot charge you more for somebody making a bad decision while using your car if no monetary damages are claimed. |

It shouldn't affect you at all as long as he has insurance himself and has a drivers license.. you should check your state websites or inquire within your insurance company just to make sure =)
