My license is revoked+I still owe on my car loan. Can I let my fiance register + insure the car?

My license has been revoked and I am no longer driving but I still have my car registered, insured and am paying off the loan. I want to keep the car in my name but I can't afford the hiked insurance. Is there any way that I can have my fiance register and insure my car in her name without transferring the title or, in essence, selling her the car? She's the one driving it but I own it. What can I do?---New York State
