My road test instructer made fun of me and lied on my road test sheet...what should i do?

I have taken my road test 5 times already ...the first two times i agree that i should of failed but the 3rd 4th and 5th time i kno i should of passed...they kept saying my turns weren't perfectly square like they should be...they were rounded...so on the 5th time i made them square and i failed because of it. THe road test instructed treated the test as a joke saying comments like "wow you didn't screw up yet" and making me do everything multiple times...i did nothing wrong and he failed me saying that i failed 4 times and didnt want to be the one to pass me...i did absoulutely everything correct and i dont know what i should do now...please help me

Hey Anya, your turns should be neither "round" nor "square". The key is to keep the wheels within about 18 inches of the curb as you go around the corner. This applies to the beginning of the turn (as you approach), the middle of the turn (as you start around the corner) and the end of the turn (as you straighten out). If you wander away from the curb during any part of the maneuver, you will lose points. You might want to have someone from a driving school take a look at your turns and see if they can give you any pointers. Other than that, just relax and keep trying. You will eventually pass!!

You have to be able to prove your allegations. You've failed your road test 5 times. 5 times! They will dismiss your story as spiteful or vindictive. You obviously aren't ready to drive yet. Keep practicing until you can pass the test in your sleep.

Boo-hoo. Go to another town nearby and take the test there.

I feel you. But sometimes it depends on the person that test you. Luck plays a small role too. If they don't want to give it to you then you're not gonna get it no matter what you do. Don't worry, take it over asap if you think you're fine. 5 times is not too bad, one of my neighbor took it 9 times before she passed. Best of luck.

The next time you take the road test choose a different insructor if you can. That will make you start off on a clean slate. Also, report the instructor if nessecary. Maybe if you practice with an experienced driver in a parking lot and set it up similar to the test itself it will give you abetter chance of passing. (school parking lots are good because thay are abandoned in the summer)

You need to be professionally evaluated by taking a simulated road test before you go back to try again. Dunno where you live but try looking here for road test services and training advice:

You should also try taking the test at a different location next time if you havent already tried that.

Talk to whoever his/her supervisor is, explain the situation, and demand a re-test with a different person. If you feel you have been treated unfairly it is important to voice those concerns, otherwise the people in charge may never know there is a problem with their employees...
Getting your licence is an important thing, so this is something to take absolutely seriously.

Don't worry babe, keep practicing whenever you can, you WILL get it, and don't let your nerves get the best of you. Practise makes perfect! Took me a few tries too. Don't take it too hard, I promise you, you will get it with practise.
