If you inform the police they can check on PNC computer, if it turns out to be correct, a marker can be placed against the registration number.

You have not told us whether they own a car or not. I know a lot of people usually found at the bus stop who do not have a driving licence or insurance. Don't grass on people unless you are involve with them in an accident and you have trully establish that they are braking the law. The traffic system is so efficient they will eventually be caught. |
