Everything you said prior to "I never got the time to get insurance" is irrelevant. You had the car for 3 weeks and didn't bother to get insurance, you're at fault and should be liable for the damages. |

You are not going to like this...but usually, if someone hits you from behind-THEY are the one at fault!
In this case-that person is YOU.
Unless by some miracle the person in the FWD tells the police or their insurance company that it was their vehicle that started the chain of events-it is going to end up on you.
Of course, when the other 2 vehicle owners realize you DON'T have insurance-they might just have to rely on their own insurance to cover expenses and leave you out in the cold to pay your own bills.
But you can also be charged for driving with the expired permit, and in states that require insurance-you can be charged with failure to maintain insurance coverage.
There is no such thing as 'never got the time to get insurance' since that can be done over the phone within minutes of buying the vehicle and signing the papers! That is nothing more than an excuse because you DIDN'T get the insurance. |

It is not a 'no-fault' accident just because inclement weather was involved. You will be found at least partially liable for the damage to the other two vehicles. The insurance companies for the other parties will decide who was the "proximate cause" of the accident and resulting damage.
Fortunately, there were not injuries.....yet! |

You are a moron (for lack of a better term) for driving without insurance. Pray to god they don't sue you, because if they do, you are going to be screwed beyond belief. You have to absorb all the costs, because it sounds like this accident was your fault. Just buying the car and not having time is no excuse, you don't drive without insurance-period. Good luck... |

a ticket and suspension for no insurance and another with impound for no registration.
civil lawsuit for the damages with wage garnishment for the duration.
the police don't need a story, the lack of registration and insurance said it all |

You will be responsible for paying the full cost of any repairs to the other vehicle, and the cost of any damages awarded if they decide to sue you.
There is no excuse for driving without insurance. You've had ample time to insure your vehicle. |

Your best hope is that someone claims fault but even then they probably won't cover your car. You really should have set up your insurance at the same time or even BEFORE you bought your car. Three weeks is more than enough time. Sorry, but up a creek. |

That is not an excuse for not having an insurance. If they decided to sue you.. you are going to pay all those expenses...
The next thing to do is get a car insurance. Accidents are accidents. You'll never know when they are coming. |
