ok i got in a car crash on dec.21 and they said it was my fault and i got two tickets one for no proof of insurance and one for failure to yield
and im want to go in october to get my cdls so is that going to hurt me in any way?

Some states will suspend your license for driving w/o insurance. Better check.
As long as you have a current license, the state will allow you to apply for your CDL (they want the fees you have to pay to get it).
A good company may not hire you for a couple of years with 1 accident and 2 tickets. Doesn't matter weather it is for moving violaions or not, it is still 2 tickets on your DAC. |

It shouldn't. The insurance ticket is not considered a moving violation. Employers would be the only ones that may have a problem with the accident. |
