O, and I dont have my restricted I need 9 more months for it but i wana practice and also I have been driving since I was 8 in the fields (by myself)

I grew up in Pennsylvania and remember driving around with my dad in parking lots. In fact, I remember a number of people who were too young to get restricted/learners permits doing the exact same thing. As long as you are driving reasonably with your father or mother in the vehicle and you do not drive on any "real" roads or streets, a police officer is likely to stay out of your way. |

It depends on the situation and on how nice the officer is. A lot of them don't care. But technically, it is illegal and you could get a ticket/fine for it. Also you won't be eligible to get your license on time. |

your dad would go to jail and you wouldn't be able to get your license you turned I think 18 to 21 depends on how the law is there. Still doesn't matter how long you have been driving you still need a restricted or a license and I has only 2 months to go ^_^ but I drive around too. =P good luck ^_^ (( I live in SC)) yay lol |

Im 16 and i started to drive when i was 12 and i live in the UK - I have never been caught, but i would be aware, i look older than my age. When i was 12 i looked 16 so it wouldnt bother me!
