So i went to college today and was 10 minutes late back to my car and surprise surprise i had a ticket!
So i took the leaflet out the ticket but left the penalty thing on there and when i got back i had another ticket.. I know it was because the leaflet weren't in there but is there anyway i can just get charged for the one ticket? i am not willing to pay twice for one offense!!

Oh and i dont need help on the congestion penalty.. just annoyed that ive got £220 fines in two days!!

Oh yeah! didnt actually think of it like that lol..
at the time i was very angry lol.. i understand now but im not too happy! I guess i just gotta pay it!

If you were aware of the offense (saw the ticket and remove the leaflet) and did not move your car to where it should be, you commited a second offense and CAN be fined twice. It is like speeding down the highway, getting ticketed and keeping on speeding - you WILL be ticketed again, since you are aware that you are commiting a traffic violation. Since you removed the ticket, it will be seen a s second offense.

Am I to understand that the first ticket was on the vehicle when you originally returned and you just left the vehicle parked there - and left again?
