I was in an accident with this lady and she is now stating to the insurance company that her car was damaged which she is making it worse than it sounds. She had actually stated to me that mine was worse than hers. She is also stating that someone was hurt in the car. I find this compltetly false since she was laughing and all with the police officer. I know she had kids in the car since she said something about it. My sister actually witnessed her acting all hunky dorey with the officer and wasn't even concerned with herchildren. I asked her if anyone was hurt and she stated everyone was okay. How can she do this? Can i use my sister as a witness to show how the lady was acting. I fee the person that should have been hurt the most was me since I was the one that was wrammed on the side of the front right side. Also, no one pulled over so i have no witness to state what happened. All the police officer said was I was at fault. I just feel that its wierd that she hit me on the side and I am at fault. Plx help if you have any advice. I also haven't had an accident or any speeding tickets ect. Along with never being in trouble with the law. I feel they will use my age against also.....

I hope you've turned this over to your insurance company; they're pretty good at sniffing out inflated claims and exaggerations.

And one question mark would have been enough.
