I would really appreciate some help with my provisional licence form. I have filled out the passport form details, but I am confused...do I still need to send the passport with the form?
And also, it says that if I provide the details for the passport I don't need to have my photo signed?

no you just need to write down your passport number, u don't need to send the passport with the application, and I'm not sure bout the signed foto bit, possibly best you do just case so.

just write in your passport number and sign the photo and you dont have to send it

You can ask the post office to check your forms of ID so you don't have to send them or sign etc.
They may charge you I can't remember.
