Provisional driving license - lost?

i have lost my provisional and i want to apply for one again but i don't want to do it online as i don't have a printer, does anyone know where i can apply for one?

you won't need a printer to apply online. but you can get a D1 form fron the post office or just phone up on 08702400009. its going to cost you £22 for a new one.

if you get one online they post it to you, you don't print it yourself.
You can also order by phone, or via post, as per previous answer form can be collected at post office. costs £19 and arrive within days if ordered online or on the phone

go to the post office, they have forms to replace lost or stolen licenses.

Or you local DVLA office

go to the RTA or where you got it from there is a fee but you get it back take your details with you

You need to get a form D1 from the post office and apply for a replacement licence.

I dont think you can re-apply as you already have one, give them a bell and ask for another copy, they probably will charge you for a replacement
