Pulled over wit G1 license.?

So I got pulled over today driving alone with my G1 license. How will this affect my possibilities to get my G2 license? I got cited a $110 fine.

If you violate any of the graduated licensing conditions for your class of license, your license will be suspended for 30 days along with a fine.

This suspension takes effect from the time you surrender your license on or after the date of the suspension. You can lose your license for up to two years if you fail to hand over your license.

Since your G1 license would be suspended if you are found driving along, against one of the restrictions of your class of license you may have to wait longer to get your G2 and that is up to the Ministry of Transportation..
