okay really dumb question
I was involved in a small accident the other day
explorer was first in turning lane then me then two other cars.
we were all waiting to turn left onto another road.
for some reason the explorer started backing up and hit my car.
elderly gentleman (dont know why he was trying to back up no where to go) said he was lost
anyway he did 1300.00 damage to my sebring/ trailer hitch stuck into my front grill.
I have a deductable , do I have to pay anything towards repairs it was not
my fault.
